Step 1: Inquiry

• Request for information is made
• Start communication with our development team – schedule a Discovery Call
• Initial qualification determined on discovery call – receive franchise info packet

Step 2: Initial Research

• Schedule 30-60 minute Q&A call
• Attend Systems Webinar (45 minutes)
• Meet with one of our Development Team members
• Research our industry – try to buy flooring!

Step 3: FDD Review

• Schedule FDD review call
• Send FDD & Application (credit check, etc.)
• Complete FDD review call (1 hour)

Step 4: Due Diligence

• Speak to our Support Team and Franchisees

Step 5: Discovery Day

• Formal invitation to attend Discovery Day
• Attend Discovery Day at corporate office in Atlanta, GA and conduct interviews with the executive team

Step 6: Award Franchise

• Set up business following the Floor Coverings Internationl Startup Checklist (2-5 weeks)
• Obtain License (varies by state)
